IRC Postmark Question

It's been a while since I've sent anything overseas, but I still have some IRCs from 2007...the possible issue is that they were postmarked when I bought them. This wasn't an issue when I sent them out in 2007 - I got everything back using them...but could I still use them now and just included extra ones for inflation or are they no good to me now since they had already been postmarked? I really want to send a request out, but don't want to take the chance that the coupons are no good.

They are probly expired. If there is no barcode on it they expired Dec 31 2009. If there is a bar code they expire Dec 31 2013 {up}
