May sound silly to you all, but What is an LOR?

As I stated in the Subject line, I dont know what an LOR is. Plus, is is necessary to send celebs a picture for them to autograph?

A LOR is a Letter Of Request, which is basically a fan letter with a autograph request in it.
As for the photos, some celebs send their own pics. Check through feedbacks to see if any of your favorites do.
