I have a question.

If I live in Taiwan(Taiwan is no IRC),but I buy the IRCs in HK.

And then I sent to star include IRC.

Is that ok or not?

Because I know one thing is that TW is not the member states .

But could I use HK IRC to USA...and then..the other person in USA will use this IRC to exchange the local stamps and also

feedback ?

That is my question always confused me...

I would probably throw in 2....
That's what I put in my things to the UK, and I live in PA.



On another note, IRCs are ridiculously expensive.
My post office doesn't sell them, so I had to buy them online.
For 20 coupons it cost me about $50.
I'm thinking of buying stamps for all over, too. I'd just have to figure out how many to put on my SASEs.

In Denmark, IRC cost 15 DKK and redeem value is 8 DKK.

IRCs in Italy cost 1,29€ each and their redeem value is 0,75€. Or at least that's what they told me at the PO this morning!
