Yes, when I’m trying to find out without putting a lot of money into it. What kind of a marker do I need when celebrity sign photos I wanna buy the exact type of pin that will dry quickly and won’t smudge or can be easily wiped off any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Try a Sharpie Permanent Marker. They dry quickly and are inexpensive. For photos, a fine point is often preferred for more precise signatures. They are considered permanent and generally don't smudge once dry.
