FOREIGN ACTORS/ACTRESS HOW ?

I need help I am a foreign film buff and I have been trying my best too locate mailing addresses for actors and actresses' of foreign films but no lick I have many searches but no luck.
Does anyone have a link or information how I can find various actors and actresses, presently I am into Japanese films.
Would appreciate all the help I can get

I usually search for *name of the artist* agency on google, then find their agent and see on the website if they mention anything about fanmail, or check the artist page for the name of their agency and find the company address.
