How long does it take for autograph?

I sent a photo of Dan Levy, Noah Reid and Emily Hampshire to Dan Levy’s address for his autograph. Noah’s autograph was already on photo. I sent back in May and still have not received back.

How long does it take to get an autograph back? I am so scared it is lost or a problem. This autograph is a gift and has alot of meaning. Is there anyone I can contact.
