Unless it's authenticated by PSA, JSA, or BAS I don't buy on EBay

Get to know and trust the provenance and autograph rather than a COA. Companies can and do make mistakes. To dismiss eBay because there's no authentication from an "initial" company means you could be missing out on stuff.
