Just wondering if anyone knows if this address for Larry David is up-to-date:

I think it's a "Via Venue" address, but I'm not sure if they film there any more since the new series was filmed in New York City. There have been successes in the past, but I haven't seen any in a while... I suppose I'll try it and see if it works!
