You should have made sure you knew what the production was before you sent it off but why did they rip your picture? That was rather mean and they said, 'think about what you wrote'? That makes it sound as if you wrote something bad but oh well you should have double checked your letter.

This makes me wonder about the authenticity of all the successes coming from there... I personally got responses back from Alicia Keys, Sophie Okonedo, and Paul Bettany, and I know people have gotten responses from Jennifer Hudson. It is extremely rare that so many cast members reply from the same set address. I think I'm still leaning towards saying that all the successes are authentic because the signatures match quite well to IPs, but a response like that is really rude and suspect. Someone who did that probably wouldn't have any scruples with "signing" stuff sent to the office for the cast. That being said, this address was a really amazing source of lots of great successes for a lot of people (assuming they're authentic), so there must have been some pretty good people there too.

(Speaking of which, I once got back my photo I sent to a movie set with Lara Flynn Boyle with an obviously forged signature along with some really thoughtless remarks written on it. Someone wrote "It tastes just as good on the way up," an obvious remark on her rumored eating disorder. I guess it just goes to show that, like the rest of the world, film production offices aren't always staffed by the nicest or most decent people.)

I got a similar Miley Cyrus VV- It was OBVIOUSLY not her handwriting, but, whatever! At least you got something back! Dang.
