Oh my gosh I'm so excited! I didn't think I was getting any post today since it usually arrives at 8:45 on the dot lol but the postman was obviously running late today.

I got a success from Tony Gardner!!! I am a huge, huge fan of his and have watched him my whole life. I think he is an amazing actor. I sent him a leaflet for the show he is currently starring in 'Bedroom Farce' which he signed and personalised. He also sent me a picture of him as Brian in My Parents Are Aliens which he signed and personalised too and wrote a note on the back. As well as filling in my Q&A!!

This is by far one of my favourite successes of all time!! It was so lovely of him to do all that for me, he truly cares about his fans.

Yes certainly. The Q&A gets kind of repetitive just to warn you lol. He pretty much answered the first 4 questions in the 1st answer so just says the same again for the others.

Did you have any say in the casting of My Parents are Aliens?
No - That's the job of the directors and producers. I read with the last 3 girls to play Sophie though!

If yes, what in particular were you looking for?
She had to be funny! But I didn't have any say.

If no, were you happy with who was chosen to play the other roles?
Not always, I'm afraid to say. But it is sometimes very difficult to really know how an actor will do in a show at casting.

Did you have anything to do with the original Sophie being replaced?
As above. I made a few suggestions too.

What has been your favourite role to play so far?
I love Michael in Lead Balloon, but Brian was probably the most fun.

Do you think you will ever go back to being a doctor?
Not now. I've not practiced as a GP since 2000! Forgotten it all.

And finally, what is your best joke?!
Oh, it changes everyday. Today?
It's to say this if someone farts: "Keep shouting, Sir, we'll find you" (Sorry)
