Hi everyone

I had a question in relation to the promotion of TM's to full Moderators.

How will this exactly work now? One of my TM's is already asking about the promotion process as what would have been the 2 month period is almost up for him.

I know Ian, in one of your other threads it is mentioned that "Trainees need to be voted on as full Mods by their own team". So is it simply a matter of creating some sort of discussion in our team threads so the other Moderators in the team can discuss?

I think that when he was promoted to Moderator he was placed on Josie's team as she didn't have any Moderators at that time.

I just wasnt told and he/she was still listed as being on my team on here so I was confused.
