There should be a forum where u can post photos from Premieres, Concert, ect.

I guess you would just post pictures from concerts/premieres in 'General Discussions' since it's not really autograph related. If you take photos at a premiere as well as get some autographs then you could post the pictures along with the autographs in 'In Person Successes' but I don't think we need a board just to post concert pictures. It fits perfectly well in General Disucussions

Well then I would say that belongs in 'In Person Successes' as I am sure you would have tried to get an autograph even if you weren't successful, you could explain this in your post. I have never had a photo taken with a celebrity who I didn't also get their autograph. I'm sure the case with most of us (as autograph collectors) is they either got their autograph or tried to. If not then again we have 'General Discussions'

I think this kind of thing fits in best in the 'In Person Sucesses'
Just my opinion though!
