Star Wars XIII venue help

So I was writing out my letter to John Boyega yesterday and I noticed the Via Venue address above is it worth using that address instead of the agency I heard mixed things about the Pinewood Studios venue and a lot of returns without success just notes of disappointment. Has anyone had success?
