Yeah, it's just spammers who glog up the forum with nonsense posts. Report them to Ozzman and he'll ban them ASAP.

Banning them would do nothing, it's easy for spambots to just register and spam again. Instead of being reactive and banning spammers, the forum should be proactive and install spam protection to prevent them from ever registering in the first place.

Next time you see topics like that, just report the topic and report them to Ozzman. Just send him a PM with spammer's username.
We try to delete all threads like those you mentioned in your first post, and also ban those spammers' IP addresses, as soon as possible.

Good idea, but I'm guessing that won't happen as that would cost money on the webmaster's part.
I just ignore the spam posts to be honest, just click and the 'view new posts' button and scroll past them all.

There should be a lot of anti-spam mods for phpBB, all of which should be free.

Ditto. They're easy to ignore (albeit still unsightly) when there's a few scattered among the new posts, though sometimes it's crazy and you'll see a whole page full of just spam.

if u ban there ip address they can buy another computer and spam again :/ or use library computers

It's much easier than buying a new computer or switching to another computer. I just manually switched the IP address of the computer I'm using right now and it took me 30 seconds.
