Sent a letter to Bernie Sanders at his Senate office requesting an autographed 8 x 10. Received back a franked envelope with an 8 x 10 inside. It looked close to the frank, but I've seen a couple variations of his signature and I'm wondering if it's a sec. No photo of the envelope unfortunately. Opinions?

I don't think it's a pre-print. I looked at it under a loupe and it appears to be marker on top of photo.

I am guessing autopen.
