Received my item signed on 5/7/15 by the Phantom himself.
Used Address On Return Envelope.

Not necessarily true - He signed a "Sound of Music" photo for me TTM...

We'll see about that after the rerelease later this year. Hey, who knows, maybe TSOM requests are acceptable now.
