I sent David Koechner a LOR, SASE, and an "Anchorman" card on Dec 14, 2010! That's right 2010! I don't know the address I used. It was probably the one in the database at the time. On Feb 10, 2014, I received my card back signed, my SASE inside a bigger envelope where he sent me an autographed 8x10!
