About 2 months ago, I sent my first e-mail through her website, http://www.joan.co, and today I received a picture back with a dedication that lets me know that she actually read my e-mail. How cool! Love this woman!

I sent two other requests because I thought my first one might have got lost in the sea of fan mail she is bound to get, so I hope those go unanswered-- I don't want to take from anyone else's success!
