I believe he charges 25 dollars, and donates the money to charity. there are other successes listed on here they may know if that's correct or not

Yes, send the card to his home address. I believe its listed here or c/o Tigers.
You must send CASH and I believe its $20 for signature and I think $25 for signature and HOF inscription.
Fairly cheap for the most famous Tiger of all time.
