I tried to mail her several times and each time my envelope was returned back with a note from the agency "not enough postage".
I included SASE with current British stamps and everything should have been enough. What exactly did you sent her? I just don't get the agency's point why would they return my letter.

I sent her 3 photos, LOR, Q&A and SASE (2 first class stamps with QR).
