Gustavo A. Gelpi served as Puerto Rico Solicitor General from 1999-2000,as U.S. District Judge for the U.S. District Court of Puerto Rico from 2006-2021, and is current U.S. Circuit Judge of U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. October 2021, he made history on becoming the first Hispanic to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. 7/05/2022 I mailed a letter explaining how I find U.S. Circuit Judge Gelpi's work to be very inspiring to me at:
