Little Richard is over 80, recently had hip surgery that was unsuccessful, he is wheelchair-bound, and he has other health problems.
His family and reps have publicly stated that he will not be making anymore public appearances.
Why would you expect him to sign anything through the mail?

what's wrong with trying? Even if no reply Little Richard could still enjoy the letter.

The letter would never get to him.
His family and reps have said so.
Complete waste of time - in addition, don't bother the man when he's stated that he doesn't want to be bothered.

It's not your time being wasted, so why u so bothered?? The letter may get to him if you have some faith/know who to talk to.
Little Richard is very humble and appreciates his fans.
