Sent LOR, SASE, 88 Topps, 91 Topps, and 92 Fleer Ultra to his Prospect, KY address 1/22/19. Got response 2/4/19, all 3 signed in blue. For some reason, there was no postmark on the envelope. Very odd. Never had that happen before.

Hello, do you have US stamps? I'm from Brazil and here we do not have (I know it has amazon and ebay but I have to have an international card and I do not have it) so I wanted to know if I could buy some for myself and give you money or can you sell me some of yours? (here in brazil it's $ 30 each IRC / international coupon response)
