I SENT PIC AND SASE TO GW BAILEY THRU OLD OUTDATED MAJOR CRIMES ADDRESS IN FEB OF 2015 AND RECIEVED A SIGNED MAJOR CRIME PIC HE SENT ON 2-4-19 THATS 1491 DAYS NO SCANNER
