U.S. District Judge Pamela Chen served as Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York from 2008-2013 and as Deputy Commissioner for Enforcement for the New York State Division of Human Rights. She was later nominated by President Obama in 2012 for a seat on the U.S. District Court for Eastern District of New York . She is currently serving U.S. District Court for Eastern District of New York since 2013.
