U.S. Circuit Judge Nancy Moritz served as Justice of the Kansas Supreme Court from 2011-2014, nominated by President Obama to serve a on a seat in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit in August 2013, and is currently serving in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit since 2014.
