They are filming at Pinewood and Shepperton studios. The addresses are on the websites at the bottom of the page under 'Where We Are'

Probably both, maybe backlot on one and stages on other. Maybe they need the Bond stage.
Most of the filming is happening here with some additional filming at Raleigh Manhattan Beach Studios.
Both studios are owned by Pinewood so I don't think it matters which one you send to. The Shepperton address maybe the best one I sent tehere for Dark Shadows but it was being filmed at Pinewood and they forwarded my letters on.
I'm still going to wait a few weeks before I send anything.
