Could you please say me what size of envelope I have to use for my SASE for a playbill?

i use a 6x9 envelope for mine

I already answered your question in the other topic. 
But I'll say the same here, 6x9 is the correct envelope size to use and YES! a SASE is required to receive a playbill. If you don't send one, your request will be read and most likely tossed.
