My letter was sent back in my 9x12 envelope WASTING my stamps and written on my letter was "Not a client of this agency."

Really... You had to open a letter and send it back like that WASTING stamps. You simply couldn't have read the envelope it was sent in and wrote return to sender on that. I HATE when this happens and they use your stamps to send back a failure!!!!
