NBA All-Star Game TTMs?

So the NBA All-Star game is headed to Los Angeles next week and there are some pretty big names there. Any chance of getting some TTM successes from the All-Star game or do players never sign? I've seen some people say they sent letters to the all star game stadiums and picked up some nice successes.

I’ve found NBA All-Star Game TTMs to be hit or miss, but persistence pays off. Retired players tend to respond more often, especially with a polite letter and SASE. Timing it around events like Hall of Fame inductions party tent rentals Los Angeles or alumni appearances has also increased my success with getting authentic signatures.
