Well I'm out of gymnastics now for atleast 4 weeks. I've torn 2 of the muscles in my thigh during vaulting. I was at the hospital for 5 and a half hours last night, so ridiculous!

Ouch Hayley! I hope you get feeling better soon! I tore my left Elbow muscle up a few week ago while trying to throw a punch at my cousin (Don't Ask. ) But I kept lifting weights despite the pain and have about got it healed up now and can bench and curl and get back to my normal work-out routine. {thumb2} Best wishes on a speedy recovery!

Well I'm out of gymnastics now for atleast 4 weeks. I've torn 2 of the muscles in my thigh during vaulting. I was at the hospital for 5 and a half hours last night, so ridiculous!

Ouch! I hate hospitals so much, I've had to go around ten times. I had both my knees swollen on saturday from falling on my knees at ice skating with all my weight twice.

I'm not a massive fan of gymnastics, I'd watch it on the olympics and that's it. Shawn Johnson is amazing though.

Lol atleast I was being sensible while doing mine! I can say that much!
Glad yours is better now, I can imagine the pain you were in! Did you get like a proper burning sensation shoot through as you did it that didn't seem to leave? I've been trying to explain the feeling to people but no one understands!
I'm just praying for the pain to go away! The crutches I can deal with but it just hurts too much!

Yeah hospitals annoy me so much! It drove me crazy that I was seen by 3 different nurses, each one gave me painkillers and then sent me back into the waiting room not telling me what was going on!
So how are your knees? They recovered now?

Yeah Shawn is amazing, Beth Tweddle is my hero though!
