I wonder to which address should I send fanmail to Sebastian Stan; Brookside artist management address or ICM partners?

I have not seen any NON VV replies from him. I am actually waiting for a vv chance to send him myself.

If you really want to send, ICM I have found to be unreliable-I wouldn't send there. Brookside sounds like a better shot.
