anyone had success with alan rickman (London Add)

I had sent two photos to Mr. Rickman (London Address) last year, I forgot was Aug or Sep....
but it's still not reply..... :(
I read other fans post, if he can not sign, his manager will reply a letter to them,
did I need to send once more again? or wait? :(
Please help....
