Chevy Chase authentic?

I sent a letter and SASE to P.O. Box 257, Bedford, NY 10506 and got back a signed photo (plus one of Chevy's return labels was used on the envelope so that was cool!) Any thoughts on authenticity would be fabulous, thanks!
