Help...Identify Autograph?

Just wondering if anyone can help me figure out who's autograph this is? It came from Memphis and I normally only write to country singers. Although, I've written to other singers too. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I've raked my brain trying to find out who this. I keep track of who I write to and it's nobody from this year. Unfortunately, I lost my list from 2011 when my computer crashed last year. Any help would be great. Thanks!
