I was just given the PO phone number by the production company. The area code was Louisiana. I called it and they said they will not be forwarding fan mail.

They told me to direct any fan mail to the celeb's fan club.

You could call the agency and ask them if they forward fan mail to their clients. If they say yes ask if Chris Sarandon is accepting fan mail, and if they know if he is signing ttm. Some agencies do not forward at all. Some do forward but not all of their clients want fan mail and will tell them not...
