Do not send to anywhere in the US. Meaning, don't send to the US because that address doesn't work. But that doesn't mean he doesn't reply to the US.

I have sent the seller an email asking, I don't know how long it will be until I get a reply. But in the meantime, is there anyone else willing to give an opinion.

The seller says that he/she obtained it at a premiere of one of Brad's films in which Angelina came with him. He/She didn't say which premiere though.

Do you think this is authentic. It is an 8x10 signed Mr and Mrs Smith photo I find on a website for a reasonable price.

Writing by hand is by far the best way to go. If you write by hand then that shows you took the time. Whereas if you do it by computer, you could just copy and paste the same letter for everyone and it is less personal.
