Re: Astronauts that do not sign thru mail

Weitz may be a new one to the no longer signing TTM list. The ones you have chosen, though, have either been known not to sign through the mail, charge a fee (Bean), haven't signed TTM for years (Collins), or have recently stopped signing (Glenn). If I may, do some research before sending out letter...

Re: John glen autograph not signing

A good signer for many years, Glenn's health now precludes him from signing.

Re: Astronaut Eugene autograph cost

Cernan. He will, though, sign his book for free, so long as you provide a proper postage-paid maier for its return (and obviously, provide the book.)

Many of the Apollo-era astronauts do charge for their signature. It's rare to get one for free now.

Re: Actor Tim Allen Success

Without seeing an autograph in-person one can never be 100 percent sure. That said. if he does use a secretary, then my LOA means nothing and it should never have been sent. As well, I would think the secretary would sign his name so its readable.

Re: Emma Watson Authentic Success

While everyone has their own opinions about APs or secretarials, the way I see it receiving something back is always better than getting a RTS or nothing at all. Congrats. Seriously, the most epic of all the stupid responses. If it is not signed by the person you wrote to, then it's worth squat. No...

Re: Actor Tim Allen Success

Boxing Cat has been good for Tim Allen autographs. That said, my photo came back with a LOA, which I've never seen before or heard about.

Re: Doris Day won't sign my lobbycard unless I donate $150

Sometimes, that's the luck of the draw. Somebody can get a positive response in five days, others in five weeks, still others not at all. Never send stuff that you can't afford to or don't want to lose. It's not a guarantee, but it may help to send a letter of inquiry along with a SASE, e.g., "...

Re: Joe Engle

Engle does not sign through the mail. Reports are that he doesn't sign in-person, either.

And especially not through JSC! Retired astronauts do not respond at all anymore through NASA. You will be just wasting your postage and your time.

Re: Dove Cameron worthless success

Can't expect a success from every response, especially from a current show. Anyway, she probably didn't even see your request; it was probably handled by an agent or secretary.
