I have a similar system, binder with sheet protectors. They don't stick to the plastic if it's archival and if it's not a paint pen. I always put a slip of paper over the paint signatures - can't see them, but prevents sticking to the plastic. I also use photo corners mounting a 5x7 onto an 8-1/2x11...

Save your postage. He rarely signs in-person. You'll have to meet Buzz at a show, or order off his website, or through a signing event, and he charges at least $600 for a signed photo of just him.

And just as an aside, as a former avid follower of this actor on social media, he NEVER declines an autograph when there's a photo op to be had LOL. There are many reasons why you don't get a response withing the so-called wait time. They could be busy acting, which is their number one priority, you letter could have gotten lost or mislaid, or they may simply decide not to sign, either at this time, or at all anymore. It pretty much is the luck ...

That's life, no pun intended. My friends and I are mature enough to be happy that someone in our circle got an autograph, even though we may not have. And we attend a lot of events where we don't know if a person from whom we're seeking an autograph will be making the rounds again.
