Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate it. I will try that address again but someone crossed out the address. It was confusing because like I said, someone received a success only two weeks ago!!!

Does anyone know why my Jean Stapleton came back as a Refused, RTS? I am trying to figure this out considering that some people received a success a couple of weeks ago. I uploaded a photo of the envelope. Perhaps not enough stamps?

It says on the stamp that the postal office used that it was "refused." You can also see that the address is crossed out. I guess I am really more confused and bummed than anything.

Matt was kind enough to provide his own photo. I sent him a 10 X 13 manilla envelope and inside I sent him a self addressed stamped 9 X 12 manilla envelope.
