I basically sent him my 8X10 photograph of Bob a couple of months ago via venue (address no longer valid), with a very sincere fan letter asking him to sign it with a bit of humor on the side. On 9/1/2014 in the morning, I received my photo back signed by bob dylan in blue sharpie marker. HOW LUCKY...

Will have to write to him sometime, can't wait for the new season to start!

Only on the bigger of the two envelopes I would write the address and name of the celebrity, the inner envelope should have your address only.
