Thanks guys - but I have done all I can do.

Hi guys Thank you for all your PMs and emails over the past few weeks. I certainly understand how you feel, and sorry for not being able to answer you all individually. The reason I have been away from this forum recently was mainly to try to illustrate the problems that Fanmail.biz is having, and h...

Re: Triple L Horse Rescue - Success/Denial Count as of 2/24/2008

Hi Sherry What do you mean by "17 denials"? Have celebs actually responded to say they won't support you? I am amazed as I have had a very few denials for my charity collecting Very occasionally they say they only support their 'approved' chosen charity, but on the whole they always at lea...

Re: E mail Abuse

Hi guys I totally agree with whosurdaddy on this one. Even if somebody posts a success by email I would still write through the mail (including an SASE) 100% of the time. I think it is more polite, and I don't think that a possibly once-off generous act via email should be exploited. I would certain...

Re: Disney

Hi Skye The easiest thing to do is request your autographs via the Disney website: m I think they will let you have up to 3 via their website each year. If you want more you need to mail them I don't normally encourage requests my email, but I am making an exception with the Disney corporation I did...

Re: International Postage

Hi johnnygirl13 IRC means International Reply Coupon, which is a coupon you buy at your local post office to enclose with your requests so that the celeb/manager/agent can exchange it in their local country/post office for the cost of return postage. However, it usually only covers the cost of retur...

Re: Do you send a sae or a ssae to Kylie & Dannii minogue

I always enclose a SASE. It is not just polite, but it very much increases your chances of a response Afterall, if you have to send several times (without a SASE) then it is a bit of a false ecomomy I would always send the return postage. In a test I did a couple of years ago, I mailed out 50 letter...

Re: Can I ask for your help please, about redirecting mail.

Hi Atomic ant I know this is probably too late, and you have already moved, but . . . When I moved house in 2003 my overseas mail got redirected no problem using the existing redirection service which you have to pay for. Also as a second line of defence I printed out and left some sheets of sticky ...

Re: Amazing Things in Your Life

Hi classictvguy Congrats on a really great question I have had some pretty full-on life changing events. Most of them in the last 10-12 years. Firstly when I first became a dad 12 years ago, my life changed immeasurably. Suddenly I wasn't just responsible for my own life, I now had somebody else who...
