You could purchase it directly via online royal stamps website. I've been purchasing from them more than twice now and they are willing to ship it outside UK.

Last December, I sent a card, SASE, LOR to Peyton via Broncos. Thought Peyton would sign it, if I sent it from outside US (lol). But got the same PP as everyone else. Well, at least he replied. Will try again later and Eli next season. Hopefully these time I am lucky.
