You don't have to, but in my experience, it ups your chance of getting something back if you include something. A lot of the time they have their own pictures just for signing, but not always.

The address you wrote on the envelope isn't the same as the one under it.

It's basically just comparing it to their in person signatures which isn't always accurate because most people sign differently in person and TTM because how fast they have to go.

Must be presigned. I sent him a drawing and he personalized it AND added in his own 8x10 personalized. Not sure why he didn't personalize it. Maybe your letter sucked.... The "not a happy camper" line kind of says something about you, so I'm assuming maybe you just wrote a bad letter.
