I think conventions are one big monmey making machine exploiting the fans and making them pay $$$$ to get in and then again and again for simply everything and you have to queue for it, too.

It's not a PP, you can tell when looking at the lines of the marker, they wouldn't be visible on a PP. Might be an Autopen or sec though, but as you can tell from looking at the pics in the other thread, his signature seems to differ quite remarkably...
