well the most common is going to be canada or UK, or in that area, normally, you put US stamps on the outer envelope and mail it as usual, but on the inside return envelope everything is the same except the stamp, just throw 2 or 3 dollars in cash in there and they will use it to buy there countries...

congrats on a great success thats awesome, but dont reuse that stamp the new stamps like that are scanned not stamped on the old square ones can be reused with no markings, just letting u know dont want to waste a good pic and time, congrats

one thing that i have always done with bigger stuff , if you have time, send a letter with maybe a picture of athlete with a letter as usual, tell them your story and tell them say i bought a jersey and i want to suprise him do you mind if i send the jersey to you, you would be suprised how many ppl...

if you send to his biltmore estates address throw 5 or 10 bucks he will sign 1 it doesnt matter if u send 2 pics and 30 bucks he will still only sign one , so send 1 item and 10 bucks and within 3 weeks you will get it back
