Re: Who might you meet soon?

I'm on a Scandinavian mystery novel kick, so I got a ticket to see Henning Mankell speak in a few weeks, and I know there'll be a book autographing line after the reading. I also signed up for the Jim Calhoun Cancer Challenge bicycle ride in June, and it appears from pictures on the website that eve...

Re: How big a fan is everyone of the celebrities they write to?

It's not really so much why, it's how rather. Sure, I like a lot of movies, but I can't imagine being able to write an entire letter to an actor or actress just for that one performance, especially if it was a minor one. Now that I think about it, I don't like my previous answer because I couldn't ...

Re: please do not bend increases charges???

- Oh and putting Please Do Not Bend on the envelope does not result in a fee- nor does it stop them from bending it ironicly :? Oh so true. BTW, what do you mean by a fee for rigid envelopes? I mail my letters from the post office and just send a cardboard envelope to begin with, on which I write &...

Re: Sending jerseys and footballs ttm?

Well, I suppose what you should do is get an envelope that fits the jersey then stick on enough postage for it to return to you, or buy a box that fits the football (I don't know whether you mean American football, Australian football or rest-of-the-world football) and ask the celebrity to to stick ...

Re: what concerts are you going to this year

Any Barenaked Ladies show that I can get to.

And the concerts that I'm performing in.

My father was wishy-washy on the Taylor Swift concert near me, even though I got early ticket access, and the concert sold out in 20 minutes after tickets officially went on sale. Boo.

I agree completely.

Also, I'd remove any sentence with the word "stalker" in it.

Re: alguna sugerencia? (Any suggestions?)

It's very rare that I don't receive anything, but I'll wait, is possible that they don't read my letter. When the school ends I run to watch the mailbox to see if there's a letter. The worst thing is that in Spain there aren't international reply coupons now and if i send other letter, i don't know...

Re: German speaker - help me with deutschepost.de?

I received a PM about this that said that Deutsche Post only mails stamps within Germany. This might be possible, but one of the pages on the website says it's possible to print out stamps on one's computer. At least I think it does; it's in German. I didn't scan it for very long to see if the posta...
