I refuse to contribute until that is done. Losing a long time member because of the admin's sloppiness is very pathetic.

Since emails and private messages are being ignored. This is absolutely insane. I've never encountered a situation where a long time user has his account deleted without warning and the administrator doesn't even have the courtesy to respond.
