you can find high quality pictures on the internet you just have to look for them...Yahoo image or Google images is snot always the best place to look for pictures.

try yahoo or google image...or try to look for one on the internet. There's software in the net that you could use to "clean the picture" so it can be high quality.That's what i do

for your return envelope you should ALWAYS use stamps from the country from where the return envelope is coming. So if the return envelope is coming from the United States you have to put US stamps on the return envelope or send the celebrity IRC's so he or she can exchange them for stamps.

I think it depends on who you're writing to. Some people sign via an agency and people have had lots of successes, so their is a good chance you'll get something back from their. I don't think their would really be an advantage of trying via venue for those kind of people, as you could be more sure...

some site have hight quality pictures of celebs..instead of searching on google pictures make a search on the internet. High quality celebrity pictures should bring a few results.

I use a 9 x 12 envelope for my requests. and i include a 8 x 10 envelope so they can return my pic...The problem by folding a 9 x 12 envelope in a 9 x 12 envelope is that if it stays folded to long it's going to damage the picture.
