Re: IRCs DISCONTINUED? USPS gives me the runaround.....
Hi _Christopher_, IRCS still exist :) I just picked a couple up last weekend at my post office. I believe the confusion was there were IRC's that expired in December that had a certain code/number on them (or something like that), but they still make them. Straight from the USPS website: Are Interna...

Re: Address Requests - Moderators / Autograph Experts
Hello! :D I have a bit of a tough one, abd I've been searching for a little over a month with no luck. I'm looking for Bernat Quintana who was in the Catalonian soap opera "El Cor de la Ciudad." He's no longer on the soap, but I haven't been able to find anything else for him except a coup...

Re: International Reply Coupons
is obligatory send international reply coupons inside the envelopes? It depends on where you're sending too. If you are sending to a different country, then yes, I'd say it's courtesy to either send IRC's or send return postage with that countries stamps on it. If you're sending within you're own c...

Re: via venue help
I would also write "Hold for (artist)" on the outside of the envelope. You could also call the venue ahead of time to make sure they hold fan mail for their artists.

Opinions on a thread in Collecting Help
So I noticed today that a topic was started by a usernamed Isiah on writing to Charles Manson. This is leading to people commenting on him being a murderer and I can see potentially this thread getting out of hand. I've currently locked the topic, but I want others opinions on it. Like I said, I cou...
